Initial conversation

I offer an initial conversation without obligation so that we can decide whether we are a good fit to work together.

This conversation does not create any ongoing commitment for either party.

Client Agreement

If you decide to work with me, we will agree the details of the support to be provided before any work begins.

This may include:

• the type of support required
• visit frequency
• agreed hours
• fees
• payment arrangements
• cancellation arrangements
• any other individual requirements

Fees

Current fees are available on request.

Fees may change from time to time but any agreed fees will always be discussed before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before services begin.

Invoices should be paid within the agreed payment period unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

If either of us needs to cancel or rearrange a visit, as much notice as possible should be given.

Further cancellation terms are set out within the Client Agreement.

Support services

My role is to provide companionship, lifestyle support and wellbeing support within the scope of my agreed services. I do not provide regulated personal care, nursing care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or emergency services. Where appropriate, I will encourage clients to seek advice from suitably qualified professionals.

You are welcome to browse this website for your own personal use.
